Step 1:
Get everything ready

Step 2:
Put a shield on one side of the bearing.The prefred kind is the rubber kind

Step 3:
Flip bearing over and put the inner race in then some balls in.

Step 4:
After you put six of the balls in,put the last ball in between the six balls

Step 5:
Space them out evenly

Step 6:
There are two retainers

take the one on the right and put it on the balls

Step 7:
Stick the shield from the other side out.Then put in on the side of the retainer

Step 8:
Now flip it over.Then put the other retainer on.

It should then look like this

Step 9:
Press the locks down.Do this gently
(sorry don’t have a picture for this one)

Step 10:
Volia.You’re done.Now put one or two drops of your prefered choice of lube.Greases should not fill more then 3 ball pockets.Use grease for street and oil for pool,park,ramp,park,pipe/high speed terrain.
